Donate 3 hours and give back to your community

3horas is a new monthly session in coworking space Kelp in Ericeira. Expat entepreneurs donate 3 hours of their time to help coach local good causes and businesses. By sharing their skills, expats can give something back to their community by helping local initiatives to thrive.

Every month we host an evening at Kelp coworking space with our expat coaches. We invite 3 good causes or businesses per evening. They each get one hour to talk about their challenges, and get help from the coaches that are present. After the session, each coach can decide to become a regular coach and help the good cause or business on a regular basis.

How it works:

Each month we make a selection of 3 good causes or businesses that asked for our help.
Then we send out a mail to all the expats in our database., with a description of the 3 attendees that we invited for the next session
The expats can sign up to be present as a coach during that session.
We divide the session-evening in 3 blocks of one hour
Every hour one good cause or business gets the floor, and is helped by the expat coaches.
At the end of the session, every coach can decide to help the good cause of business on a more regular basis.
